Magic in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. 1. Specification of Services The services are materially in accordance with the description given in this web site but you are responsible for maintaining your personal information and uploading banner graphics. Paid advertising on this site is operated on an annual basis. You will be expected to log-in to your account on an annual basis to verify the accuracy of details held. Accounts not reviewed will become inactive and shall be removed from UK-Builders.biz. UK-Builders.biz also reserves the right to remove any listing if it is deemed to be not relevant, offensive, libelous or contains inaccurate or misleading information. 2. Prices and Payment The prices of all optional services are as specified within our site. Prices may change and the applicable price is that shown on the day which your order is placed. All prices are inclusive of VAT, our VAT registration number is GB 651 1894 33. 3. Your Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order in respect of each and every service within 7 days of the date of completion of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All material on this site is covered by international copyright laws and treaties.
